He was predeceased by: his parents, Luke Simonin and Gladys Simonin; and his siblings, Alice Atchison and Ron Simonin. He is survived by: his wife Chris Simonin; his children, Brad Simonin of Red Deer and Heather Brilz (Simonin) of Red Deer; his granddaughters, Larissa Brilz, Brooke Brilz and Red Deer; his sisters, Linda DeFreese and Dianna Hayes (Randy); and his aunt Doris Clements. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
