He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Tom and Betty; his wife Bonnie; his children, Tara, Matt (Tracy) and Jennifer; his grandchildren, Braeden, Keenan and Talon; his sister Carol; his nieces, Melanie and Kathy; and his nephew Darren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Stan's memory to the Claresholm and District Health Foundation toward Staff Wellness for the teams at the Claresholm General Hospital and Willow Creek Continuing Care Centre.
