She was predeceased by: her husband Gordon Tappay; her parents, Kaye Frache and Warren Frache; and her sister Leslie Mantei. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Fortin (Kent) of Duncan, BC and Jarrud Gilbert (Val) of Red Deer, AB; her grandchildren, Layne (Madisen), Jessica, Morgan, Serenity, Aliyah, Michaela and Isabella; and her siblings, Jennifer Little (Dan Shapiro), Sandra Staneland (Kevin), Glenn Frache, Al Frache (Kim) and Tracey Stein (Ron Grey). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
