She was predeceased by: her daughter Tracy Latham. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Schmid; her children, Sandra Bos (Ted), Kim Burke and Burke Schmid (Holly); her grandchildren, Wyatt Girouard (Kesha), Ty, Layne Lindberg, Joel and Cal Schmid; and her great grandchildren, Simon and Benjamin Girouard.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Claresholm Royal Canadian Legion (414 53 Ave E, Claresholm, AB T0L0T0).
