With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lydia Mary Tyrer (Claresholm, Alberta), born in Picture Butte, Alberta, who passed away on January 10, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Piorkowski and Eva Piorkowski. She is survived by: her husband Doug Tyrer; her daughters, Tammy Rushforth (Nathen) of Ymir, BC and Tanya Miller (Ryan) of Lethbridge; her sisters, Sylvia French and Terry Millwater; her grandchildren, Dax, Zeva, Xane Rushforth, Mikayla, Emily and Jamie Miller; and her siblings-in-law, Jim and Sharon Tyrer.

Memorial donations in her name may be made to the Cancer Society.
