In the sacred silence of farewell, Karen is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her father Don Bauer. She is survived by: her husband Kristian; her son Arik; her mother Betty; her sister Tracy; her nieces, Carly and Hayley; her parents-in-law, Ralph and Rita; her sister-in-law Anna; and her nephew Isaac. She is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peter&rsquo!s Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation was held on Thursday, September 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Zentner Funeral Homes (4079 1 St W, Claresholm, AB T0L0T0). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Hope Lutheran Church (3527 Boulton Rd NW, Calgary, AB T2L1M5).
