He is survived by: his parents, Edwin Frank Holt and LeAnne Elizabeth Oviatt; his wife Dorene Seeley Holt; his daughter Rebecca LeAnne Holt; and his siblings, Kimberyle Anne Lund, David Ellis Holt and Bradley Hugh Holt.
