He is survived by: his wife Darla Cates; his children, Brad Cates (Laura) and Crystal Cates; his stepchildren, Carmin Gajecki, Mark Marshall (Debbie) and Denise Marshall; his grandchildren, Danny Hamilton, Chad Keller (Tina), Tyler Keller, Elizabeth Anderson (Jon), Rebecca Renfrow (Jeff), Sarah Gajecki and Leah Gajecki; and his friends, Martin Bellmont and Paul Reinholt. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
