She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph; her grandson Jason; her parents, Harry Chomlak and Sophie Chomlak; and her siblings, Alex Chomlak, Cassie Achtemichuk (Paul), Marie Romaniuk (Paul) and Frances Melnyk (Joe).
She is survived by: her daughters, Georgina Cholak (Sherwin) and Bernadette O'Kurley (Brian); her grandchildren, Pamela Cholak (Robb Stoddard), Kristen Cholak (Paul Husband), Anthony, Joseph, Marissa and Nicholas O'Kurley; and her great grandchildren, Alyssa and Zachary Stoddard. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
