She is survived by: her parents, William Spady and Annie Marie Spady (Yost); her children, Gail Bales, Wayne Bales of Carstairs, Joyce Williams, Jeff Williams of Carstairs, June Duncalfe, Kevin Duncalfe of Sylvan Lake, Richard Taylor, Joyce King of Carstairs, Kerry Taylor and Shauna Taylor of Carstairs; her grandchildren, Brent Bales, Renay Bales, Taylor Johnson, Devin Johnson, Cassie Machacek, Mitchell Machacek, Courtney Williams, Jason Duncalfe, Ryan Duncalfe, Michelle Duncalfe, Tim Taylor, Nathan Taylor and Nicole Taylor; and her great grandchildren, Lacy, Chloe and William Johnson.
