He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant Sheen and Helena Sheen; his brother Gordon; and his siblings-in-law, Fred Johnson and Barbara Sheen.

He is survived by: his wife Alice Sheen; his children, LeiLoni Price (Robert), Douglas Sheen (Brenda), Markita Sheen and Gregory Sheen (Helen); his siblings, Raymond Sheen (Christine), Stan Sheen (Eileen), Kenneth Sheen and Carol Johnson; and his sister-in-law Linda Sheen. He is also survived by grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren.

Norman, who had been a healthy, hard-working, industrious man all his life, had a fall in February of 2020—just before COVID shut us all down and this was the beginning of the end.
