He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Lowry (Nate) and Mary Lowry; his brothers, Edwin, Wallace, Nathan Harold, Lawrence Jay, James Nelson and Donald Dee (Arlene); his former wife Maxine Easthope; his son-in-law Michael Livingstone; his great grandchildren, Devon Livingstone and Honey Mary Hunt; and his great great grandchild Miles Scroggins.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene Passey; his siblings, Allan, Barbara Rands and David; and his children, Linda Livingstone (John), Debra Layton (Blair), Jayne Livingstone, Ginny Williams (Rick), Tom (Ammi) and Bob (Dana). He is also survived by 34 grandchildren and 82 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grand children.
