She is survived by: her husband Tracy Dean Leavitt; her mother Retta Wiggill (Richards); her children, Courtney Bevans (Cody), Katey Sudo (Kesty), Josh Leavitt (Sarah) and Riley Leavitt (Alicia); and her siblings, Peggy Schimpf and Ron Wiggill.
