She was loved and cherished by many people including: her brothers, Harold, Dale, Clayton and Bill; her spouse Don Behrens; and her grandchildren, Fred, Jodi, Frank, Janice, Terry and Traci. She was also cherished by her husband and is survived by her children.
She lived in good health due to what Dr. Lowe called her "strong Norwegian blood." Joyce lost her battle with Alzheimer's disease surrounded by the love of her family on January 22, 2019 4:05 pm.
