He is survived by: his wife Louise Parker Lybbert; his children, Audra Foggin (Claude Masse), Deedra Norton (Matt) and Aaron Lybbert (Kristin); his sister Luella Lybbert (Anderson); and his children, Dale and Louise. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
