He was predeceased by: his parents, John Miller and Henrietta Miller; his parents-in-law, Gordon and Gwen McLeod; and his brother-in-law Morris Poor.

He is survived by: his wife Marnie Miller; his children, Amy (Erik) and John (Madison); his siblings, Judy, Robert (Karen), Tom, Fred (Rebecca), Val and Beverly; and his brother-in-law Rod. He is also survived by numerous other family members and dear friends.
