He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Merlin, Alma Falk, J. P. and Liz Bernard.
He is survived by : his mother Jana Falk; his father Tim Falk; his siblings, Carl Falk (Kelly), Appollon, Elijah, Danaya Falk, Ebony Falk and Skyler; his niece Larissa; and his aunt Heather. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
