He is survived by: his wife Patricia Devlin; his children, Petra Kelland (Bill), Julie Devlin-Hiscock (Brad) and John Devlin (Cathy); his grandchildren, Billy Kelland (Crystal), Brian Kelland (Tammy), Alex Beaudry, Adam Byers, Ethan Devlin-Hiscock and Lauren Devlin-Hiscock; and his great grandchildren, Teagan, Izabella, Alexandra, William and Claude Kelland.
