It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victor Skinner (Camrose, Alberta), born in Hermitage, Newfoundland, who passed away on December 29, 2022, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Louise and Clarence Harvey Skinner; and his brother Clifford Skinner. He is survived by: his wife Melissa; his sons, Dylan and Noah; his siblings, Todd (Edna), Hughie (Benita), Trudy (Glen MacNeil) and Gloria (Edgar Morris); and his siblings-in-law, Hughie and Judy Poole.

Memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
