She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy McDonell and Lal Sterling; her brother Ian McDonell; her brother-in-law Daryl Herridge; and her nephew Mark McDonell.

She is survived by: her husband Edward; her daughter Tricia Herridge; her pet Snoopy; and her siblings, Bev Hartwig (Al), Alice McDonell, Jackie Oord (Peter), Garry Herridge (Mary) and Bill Herridge (Teressa). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
