He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip and Ruth of Wetaskiwin. He is survived by: his wife Maureen; his children, Tamara Clark of St. Albert, Susan Boudreau of Ottawa, Stephen of Wetaskiwin and Shane (Jennifer Duguid) of Edmonton; his grandchildren, Emily, Sarah and Jack; his sister Susan Brown (Ross) of Millet; and his siblings-in-law, Diane Lamb (Brad) of St. Albert and Ron Melick (Linda) of Edmonton.

If family and friends so desire, memorial contributions in Terry's memory may be made to the charity of one's choice.
