Steffy Kawalilak Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Steffy Kawalilak (Camrose, Alberta), who passed away on January 23, 2024 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Stefaniszyn and Pearl Stefaniszyn; her husband John Kawalilak; her children, Richard Kawalilak, Virginia Voltner and Don Kawalilak; and her siblings, Rosie Lestus, Casper, Stanley, Martin, Rudolph and Andrew.

She is survived by: her daughter Leona (Stan Voltner); her son-in-law Vern Voltner; her daughters, Veronica (Dean Niemetz) and Theresa (Phil Lindgren); her daughter-in-law Betty Kawalilak; her children, Barb (Brian Micklich), Cecilia (Bruce Rivest), Maryann (Bob Nolan) and Len Kawalilak (Colleen); and her brother Louis Stefaniszyn. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren, and 8 great-great grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to the Polska Cemetery or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
