She was predeceased by: her parents, Matt Niehaus and Francis Niehaus; her husband John Winter; her sister Joyce George; her brothers-in-law, Lloyd George, Fred Kuefler, Jim Cunningham and Pete Steinbach; her nephew Gerald Kuefler; and her niece Betty Saruga.

She is survived by: her siblings, Adeline Kuefler, Mary Steinbach, Marlene Buelow (Wilf) and Lorne Niehaus (Marg). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Memorial donations may be made to the St. Peter's Lutheran Church Cemetery or to the St. Francis Xavier Parish Building Fund.
