She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Read and Marguerite Read; and her brother Jim Read. She is survived by: her husband Rickie Lawrence; her children, Tiemen Kuipers (Shelby Morgan) of Victoria, BC and Anathea Parker (Robert) of Edmonton; and her stepchildren, Deryk Lawrence (Helen) of Gibbons, Toby Lawrence (Krista) of Halifax, NS and Jennifer Bilodeau (Brian) of Bonnyville. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
If family and friends so desire, memorial contributions in Penny's memory may be made to to an animal shelter of your choice, the SPCA, or the Edmonton Humane Society.
