He was predeceased by: his parents, Bryan Braim and Jean Braim; his son Matthew; his sister Joyce; and his niece Alison Johanson.
He is survived by: his daughter Ashley; and his siblings, Dorothy Johanson (Brian), Ken (Norma), Stan (Cindy) and Ruth Knapp (Darrell). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
