He was predeceased by: his parents, Josef and Anna; his grandson Robbie; and his siblings, Jane Tabin, Frank, William and Michael.

He is survived by: his wife Doris Morrison; his family, David, Robert and Marti-Lynn; his children, Jamie of Round Hill, Dave (Lori) of Daysland, Rob (Shannon) of Bawlf and Marti-Lynn Fedick (Brad) of Consort, Alberta; his sister Rose Filipowich of Ontario; his grandchildren, Amber Erickson (Ryan), Chelsie Vandenhoven (Kevin), Kierstan (Mickey), Josef (Abby), John (Nicole), Jannah (Curtis), Dominik Pasychnyk, Kiera, Natalia and Mattea Fedick; and his great grandchildren, Tenley, Rhett Erickson, Kaydence, Cooper, Briar Vandenhoven and Mikhail Pasychnyk. He is also survived by Dad had a great love for animals especially dogs, cats, birds.
