It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lionel Wesley Sampson of Camrose, Alberta, born in Cadomin, Alberta, who passed away on May 5, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kathleen Sampson and Guy Sampson; his daughter Jamie; and his granddaughter Amanda Kneeland. He is survived by: his daughter June; his grandchildren, David, Lynn, Darlene, Lorraine and Beverly; his wife June Charpentier; his children, David Sampson (Jeanette Wilcox) of Camrose, Lynn Kneeland (Gene) of Donalda, Darlene Clayton of Camrose, Lorraine Blouin (Dale) of Donalda and Beverly Wasylenchuk (Martin) of Edmonton; his siblings, Lorne Sampson and Donna Storvik (Dale); and his siblings-in-law, Herb Barker, Norman Charpentier and Patricia Hepner (Bill). He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren.
