In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Lawrence Benard had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Lawrence Benard may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his son J. Dennis; his parents, Ludwig and Louise; and his brothers, Lenard (Marion) and Gordon.
He is survived by: his wife Verle; and his sons, Rodger (Evelyn) and David (Sheila). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Rose City Baptist Church (6406 44b Ave, Camrose, AB T4V0B6).
