He was predeceased by: his former wife Elva Turpie; his parents, Angus Turpie and Jane Turpie; his brothers, Angus Jr. and Donald; and his daughter Christine Jenkins.
He is survived by: his wife Doreen; and his children, Carol Ikert (Dave) of Crooked Lake, SK, Brenda Westermann (Claus) of Crooked Lake, SK, Wayne Westcott (Sheila) of Regina, SK and Thomas Jenkins of Coronation.
In lieu of flowers, if family and friends so desire, memorial contributions in Laurance's memory may be made to the Salvation Army.
