She is survived by: her former husband Earl Howard Nessel (Howie); her husband Julian Walter Noga; her sons, Mathew Nessel (Sheila Stewart) and Gregory Nessel; her stepson Tim Noga (Carol Pegg); her daughters, Linda Conron, Cindy Haley (Wade Haley) and Kathleen Nessel (Kim Gmeinweser); and her sisters, Noella Wright and Nancy Stafford.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Valleyview Cemetery.
