He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeanie and Hap; and his sister Pam. He is survived by: his siblings, Kim Saruga (Peter), Russell (Barb), Stephen, Marilyn Booth (Cory) and Barry (Attrina). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews relatives and friends.

Memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
