She was predeceased by: her husband Heinz; her parents, Nikolaus Breitbach and Elisabeth Breitbach; and her siblings, Paul Breitbach and Emmy Hens.
She is survived by: her children, Richard (Judy) of Camrose, Monica Luciuk of Red Deer and Debbie Hanoski (Phil) of Leduc.
