She was predeceased by: her husband Mike Markovich; her daughters, Josie and Rose; her mother Annie; and her siblings, Mike Szott, Frank Szott, Rudy Szott, Edward Szott, Joe Szott, Peter Szott, Victoria Peart, Helen Beattie and Angie Roberge.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Markovich (Darlene) of Airdrie, Ron Markovich (Wendy) of Camrose, Michele Tibbo (Bruce) of Camrose and Darcy Markovich (Tracy) of Daysland; her grandchildren, Colin, Cheri, Tracy, Shane, Shannon, Danielle, Michael, Leah and Steven; her great grandchildren, Taylor, Noah, Jonah, Dylan, Jordyn, Devyn, Zeph, Zoey, Foster, Stratton, Ledger, Hudson, Lincoln, Raelynn and Blake; her siblings, Martin Szott (Geraldine), Annette Fitzpatrick, Frances Bray, Alice Bliid and Olga McMillan (Ron); and her children, Larry Dennis, Ronald Phillip, Michele Lou and Darcy Michael. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
