He is survived by: his wife Sharon Rae Fortier of Hinton, Alberta.; his children, Stan (Rita), Leaha and Stacie (Murray); his grandchildren, Krysta (Nathan), Mason, Stanly, Kyle Sonny (Carley), Maeve, Jude, Rogan Xiomarra (Elise), Thyodore, Leslea (Jeff), Isaac, Jordan, Jaida (Lane), Justin and Nicholas; his brother Bill Mattinson (Joyce); his sister-in-law Pauline Mattinson; and his parents-in-law, Wendy Whittleton (Ron), Lori Fortier, Gerry Fortier (Karen) and Line Fortier. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
