He was predeceased by: his son Lyle; and also Jill Scriven. He is survived by: his children, Craig (Shelley), Lorna Schnepf and Julie Eckert (Claude); his daughter-in-law Yvonne; his grandchildren, Aaron Clarke, Amanda Schnepf and Lynne Schnepf; and also, Corrine McMahon (Vern), Greg Fox (Angela) and Glenn Fox (Tanya). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; Penny's 4 great-grandchildren; numerous family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society.
