She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer; her parents, Andrew Schoenknecht and Henrietta Schoenknecht; her siblings, Wilhelm Schoenknecht, Ewald Schoenknecht, Reynolt Rosenthal and Annie Wegner; her siblings-in-law, Irene Schoenknecht, Florence Rosenthal, Pete Wegner and Reynold Nordin; her daughter-in-law Jocelyn Anderson; and her great grandchild Nathan Smolarchuk.

She is survived by: her children, Dwayne of Sherwood Park, Muriel Smolarchuk (Myron) of Edmonton, Elwin (Tracy) of Camrose, Derry (Olga) of Edmonton and Ross (Shannon) of Sherwood Park; and her sister Adelia Nordin of Camrose.
