She was predeceased by: her former husband Leo Helten; her husband Aime Lambert; her siblings, Leo Benoit (Amy), Paul Benoit (Therese) and Mary Turcotte (Maurice); and her parents, Romeo Benoit and Marie Benoit.

She is survived by: her children, Anita Helten of Edmonton, Alberta, Susan Balfour (Reg) of Lloydminster, Alberta, Roger Helten of Bakersfield, California and Judy White (Don) of Calgary, Alberta; her brothers, Gilles Benoit (Marie), Jean Benoit (Claire) and Marcel Benoit (Flo); her grandchildren, Gabby White and Ashley Hirsch (Derek); her great grandchildren, Sawyer and Emery Hirsch; her grandson Milo White (Tatum); her great grandchild Bryleigh White; her grandchildren, Jaret Balfour and Jordan Balfour (Meghan); her great grandchild Zachary; and her granddaughter Charline Kukac (Dan).

In lieu of flowers, if family and friends so desire, memorial contributions in Estelle's memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Alberta.
