She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Harold (Nicole) of Wetaskiwin, Karen Brausen (Colin) of Stettler and Janice Getchell of Seattle, Washington; her mother Henrietta Vos of Daysland; her siblings, Gerald Vos (Lynn) of Daysland, Alvin Vos (Janice) of Rosalind, Judy Bowie (Grant) of Rosalind, Dennis Vos of Camrose, Gilbert Vos (Kaireen) of Daysland, Jeanette Heller (Harvey) of Camrose, Nancy Kosinski (Rodney) of Daysland and Pat (Doug); her friends, Whitecourt, Joanne Waddell (Harold) of Vegreville and Sherry Mortenson (Bruce) of Edmonton; her husband John; her father Clarence Vos; and her parents-in-law, Harold and Mary Mohler. She was also cherished by seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
