He was predeceased by: his wife Lynda Krochak; his parents, John Krochak and Nellie Krochak; his brothers, Jerry Krochak and Stan Krochak; and his brother-in-law Len Haller.

He is survived by: his son Chuck Krochak (Belinda) of Camrose; his grandson Tanner; his children, Kevin Krochak (Chad Huff) of Vancouver and Christina Henry (Jackson Scoville) of Edmonton; his grandchildren, Anastasia Henry (David Salt), Isabelle Henry and James Scoville; his sisters, Verna Dobko, Marion Haller and Beverly Byers; his sister-in-law Sharon Krochak; and his brothers, Bill Krochak (Sovilla) and Donald Krochak.
