He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph and Lydia; his son Kalvin Hapke; and his sister Helen Petersen Bach. He is survived by: his wife Vivian; his children, Lynn Hapke of Lethbridge and Darren Hapke (Carol Kotylak-Hapke) of Beaumont; and his sister Crystel Bolding of Camrose.
