He was predeceased by: his son Darcy Nelson; his parents, John and Clara; and his sister Shirley Torrie. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughter Khristina Morrison (Randy) of Camrose; his grandchildren, Jesse Gill (Koree), Shayde Daley, Kimberly Morrison and Donovan Morrison; his great grandchildren, Rizton Gill, Brezlynn Gill and Kelly Gill; and his siblings, Conrad Nelson of Regina and Annette Labine (Doug) of Saltcoats.
