It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Glenn Nelson (Camrose, Alberta), who passed away on December 30, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Nelson and Mildred Nelson; his sister Kathleen Deardoff; and his brothers-in-law, James Deardoff and Leroy Linden.
He is survived by: his significant other Diane Palm; his children, Yvonne Nelson-Reid (Jim Reid) and Gary Nelson (Denise) of Sherwood Park; his siblings, Linea Wittick (Pete) of Comox, BC, Loraine Radke (Dwayne) of Bittern Lake and Gordon Nelson (Gail) of Kelowna, BC.; and also, Roxanne Barore (Chad), Rod Coykendall and Joel Coykendall (Norma). He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
