He is survived by: his wife Ardis (Meadhal); his children, Michele Friesen (Gord) and Mark Peterson (Denise Gordeyko); his siblings-in-law, Hugh Dennis and Pat Peterson; his grandchildren, Jennelle Christians (Nolan), Tylor Friesen (Jessie) and Kelly Friesen; and his great grandchildren, Carter Christians, Bently Christians, Ainsleigh Christians, Hayleigh Friesen and Justin Friesen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
