She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest; her daughter Karen Emmott (Ian); her son-in-law Robert Benoit; her granddaughter Saralyn Lehman; her parents, Art Cappis and Florence Cappis; and her siblings, Leonard, Roger, Donnie, Kenny, Vernon, Sharon Cappis and Gloria Green.
She is survived by: her children, Charlene Benoit and Kevin Knopp (Lana); her siblings, Barry Cappis (Barb), Cameron Cappis (Carolyn), Bev Stadynik, Betty Norton, Glenna Thompson (Wayne) and Joyce Neilson; and also Wallace Lehman (Laurel). She is also survived by nine grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; two honorary grandsons.
