He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Toogood and Madeline Toogood. He is survived by: his wife Marion; his daughters, Cheryl Moser, Barbara Weller (Blaine) and Sandra Jones (Darrell); and his brothers, Jim Toogood (Cathy) and Ron Toogood (Jan). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
