He was predeceased by: his parents, Angie and Elmer; his former wife Sharon Phillips; his stepdaughter Shannon; his siblings, Stanley, Ernest, Edna, Keith, Helen, Raymond and Verna; and his nieces, Angela, Taye and Linda (Reginald).

He is survived by: his stepsons, Ron and Mark Reber; and his nieces, Carol and Janet. He is also survived by the children/grandchildren and many niece.
