She was predeceased by: her husband Max; her parents, Tony Pelan and Bessie Pelan; her daughter-in-law Carol; and her brothers, Stan, Elmer and Roy Pelan.
She is survived by: her children, Bob (Verle) of Okotoks, Sue Johanson (Gary) of Fort Saskatchewan, Alan Henry (Ruth Phillips) of St. Albert, Edward (Yvonne) of Edmonton and Dan (Ann) of Edmonton. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
If family and friends so desire, memorial contributions in Bessie's memory may be made to St. Andrew's Anglican Church, or to the Camrose Craft Centre.
