She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Sonnenberg; her grandson Jeremy Dahl; her parents, Albert Vowles and Laura Vowles; and her brothers, Charlie Vowles and Art Vowles.
She is survived by: her children, Ina Nelson of Sidney, B. C., David Sonnenberg (Valrie Duff) of Rosalind, Sylvia Dahl (Bruce) of Sedgewick and Malvin Sonnenberg (Sally Emmerton) of Sherwood Park; and her siblings, Daisy Klick of Vernon, B. C., Hazel Hale of Cold Stream, B. C., Florence Wilson and Vernie Vowles (Sandra) of Okanagan Falls, B. C.. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; many great-great-grandchildren.
