She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Olson and Myrtle Olson; her former husband Harold Farness; her son Robert Farness; her husband Tom Bruce; and her siblings, Larry Olson and Lorraine Glidden.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Knight (Tom), Cathy Schwab (Michael), Murray Farness (Elaine Nixon) and Mark Farness; her grandsons, Chris Farness (Iris), Justin Schwab (Courtney) and Dalton Schwab (Sam Nycholat); and her great grandchild Laken Schwab. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, neighbours, and friends.
