She was predeceased by: her parents, Thelma Benner and Samuel Benner; her husband Vern; and her grandson Darin. She is survived by: her children, Sharon McDonald (Wayne), Roger Phillippe (Cellie), Arlene Laye, Linda Laye (Darryl), Larry Phillippe (Shelley) and Judy Walz (Wayne); her sister Joyce Towndrow; and her friend Janet Paulgaard. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
